ProLink Holdings Corp. settles UK patent litigation

This agreement settles all current and pending litigation between ProLink Holdings Corp, its European distributors Elumina Iberica S.A. and Elumina Iberica Limited, and GPS Industries, Inc.

ProLink Holdings Corp., the world’s largest provider of Global Positioning System golf course management systems, has announced that its operating subsidiary ProLink Solutions, LLC and its European distributors Elumina Iberica S.A. and Elumina Iberica Limited, have entered into a fully-paid up license agreement with GPS Industries, Inc. covering all jurisdictions outside the United States in which GPS Industries holds patents. This agreement settles all current and pending litigation between the companies.
