Power Tee Unveils its First Installation in Canada

12.27pm 18th July 2012 - Corporate

Kevin Haime, Canadian PGA teacher of the year in 2000, has become the first in Canada to install Power Tee, once again forging ahead of the field.  Kevin saw Power Tee at the PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando earlier this year in Orlando and being a businessman immediately saw the potential to win new business and increase spend with his existing customers.

“I liked the product when I first saw it but the seasonal rental payments was the clincher, with low standby rates in the winter and the bulk of the payments in summer when the range is busy. This made the system an obvious step forward for my business.” said Kevin Haime.

The install takes Power Tee into its fifteenth country of operation and demonstrates Power Tee’s ability to produce revenue wherever golfers spend money on range balls.

The Canadian News Journal had this to say about the installation: “Kanata golf goes automatic – The Kevin Haime Golf Centre is the first driving range in Canada to install Power Tee, an automated system which tees your golf ball up for you.”

Martin Wyeth CEO of Power Tee and original inventor of the product said, “We are growing an ever larger base of successful operators innorth America and are delighted to be working with Kevin and his team.”
