PGA chooses Eagle to be an Official Supplier

12.29am 7th April 2009 - Corporate

As the leading designer and provider of branded collateral to the UK and Europe’s golf clubs, Eagle has been chosen by the PGA to join its Official Supplier programme.

The PGA is rapidly establishing a high profile network of PGA branded resort developments, courses and golf Academies in the major golf markets around the world, and sees Eagle as the ideal partner to help support these developments.

Eagle has helped numerous golf clubs to improve their branding and presentation by exploiting the design potential of key items like score cards, course guides, and signage.

Robert Maxfield, property & commercial director at the PGA, comments, “We are delighted to announce that Eagle has joined our Official Supplier programme. Eagle has huge expertise and knowledge in the design of branded collateral and we look forward to working together on our PGA branded facilities.”

Phil McInley, MD of Eagle, negotiated the partnership agreement with the PGA: “Eagle has been the driving force behind the development in the UK of branded collateral for golf clubs,” he said.

“More clubs prefer to choose Eagle for key items like score cards and course signage because of the high quality and level of service we deliver, and that’s why they approached Eagle. We’re looking forward to working with the PGA, especially in view of the international profile, reputation and status of their brand.”

“The agreement presents Eagle with the unique opportunity to work alongside one of the leading brand names in golf. Besides our 1,500 customers in the UK, Eagle has been developing an increasingly international presence in the European and overseas markets.

“The partnership with the PGA will help to accelerate that development, while giving Eagle valuable exposure in the PGA’s own prestige developments.”
