NFS Hospitality showcase solutions for golf & private member clubs

12.50am 18th February 2010 - Corporate - This story was updated on Saturday, June 12th, 2010

At Hostec 2010, NFS Hospitality will be showcasing their latest solutions for the hospitality and leisure businesses they serve, including golf & private member clubs; hotels & resorts; restaurants, pubs & bars; and venues & conference centres.

NFS has a growing client base of successful clubs across the UK, including The London Golf Club, Branston Golf & Country Club, Phyllis Court Club, The Naval Club, Shendish Manor Hotel & Golf Club and Manor of Groves Golf & Country Club.

Visitors to the NFS stand will be able to view exciting new spa functionality for country clubs, resorts and golf clubs. The feature-rich IBS Spa Management module, with full integration to Club Membership and PMS systems, makes NFS’s club offering a really flexible option.

Designed to simplify daily operations and provide a more relaxing environment for guests and staff alike, resorts and clubs looking to capitalise on the revenue stream afforded by spas will benefit from the software’s great booking capabilities and general functionality.

The IBS integrated POS module is essential for the smooth management of the spa retail area and comes with a host of valuable features. The retail POS system also allows users to auto-schedule treatments and packages for individuals or groups, and to book treatments which require more than one therapist. It stores concise and comprehensive customer records and can produce strong and clear management reports which enable all data to be exploited for marketing purposes, thus maximising the Spa’s potential and, naturally, its revenues.

The NFS team will also be showing the latest CRM module within their Club suite, which enables operators to manage members, prospective members and customers easily and very effectively. Given that the Club suite is modular, users can pick and choose the modules they need for their business.

This new CRM module will complement the excellent functionality of the NFS Club suite and provide private member and golf clubs the opportunity to undertake marketing to their existing customer base more easily during these difficult times. This is due to a built-in HTML email designer and a full reporting suite for vital email campaign click-through and viewed information stats.

Steve Salter, Head of NFS’ Golf and Leisure Division, comments: “Having been in sales for almost 15 years I have used many CRM products, but our new offering really makes life easier for the end user.”

Steve will be at the show to demonstrate just how this new product works with Outlook, capturing emails and creating tasks.

Combining an outstanding range of functionality, NFS provide a complete product range of solutions for Hotels, Food & Beverage, Clubs and other hospitality businesses. In addition they offer complete back office capability, including Stock Control, Loyalty, Head Office Reporting, Labour Management and Cash Management. NFS also provide a manned 24/7 helpdesk and international installation & training services.

Hostec 2010 takes place at ExCel, London from 1-4 March; registration in advance can save the £30 entry fee. Visit stand H1102 at to take a closer look at IBS Club Management, or any of NFS’s other integrated hospitality and leisure solutions.
