Obbi Club has announced a majority strategic investment, led by Paul McElvaney, founder of global workplace learning provider Learning Pool.

This investment will accelerate the next phase of the company’s growth, including the development of AI-powered platform features such as onboarding automation, a live policy governance engine, and real-time cross-site compliance intelligence.

For customers, this means continued investment in the platform they rely on, a growing team dedicated to their success, and an ever-stronger product roadmap ahead.

As Gareth Macklin, the Obbi Club Founder, put it: “Obbi was born from an unmet need in the hospitality industry. Operators needed a solution to better satisfy regulators, auditors, insurers, staff and customers, while also improving margins and enabling membership growth. We already work with some of the world’s most revered brands, and I look forward to extending our reach around the globe.

“We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come, and we’re grateful to every customer and partner who has been part of the journey so far. The best is very much still ahead.

“If you’d like to learn more about what this means for Obbi, or simply want to catch up, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

“For those exploring Obbi for the first time, there has never been a better moment to see what we can do for your operation.”
