The powered golf trolley manufacturer Motocaddy has teamed up with Europe’s number one golf website by becoming an Official Equipment Section Partner of www.europeantour.com.
The deal sees the Hertfordshire based company join an elite group of leading golf brands such as PING, TaylorMade and Titleist who all use the official website of The European Tour as a vehicle to promote their latest products and innovations.
“We feel that joining forces with what is undoubtedly the most visited golf website in Europe, due to its live tournament scoring facility, can only help to increase our brand awareness throughout the UK and on the Continent,” commented Rod Brown, managing director, Motocaddy Ltd.
“As a manufacturer of premium golf trolleys we feel that it is crucial that we align ourselves with other leading brands in the golf industry,” he added.
Rupert Hunter, head of business development for European Tour Productions commented, “We are very pleased to welcome Motocaddy to our ever expanding list of Equipment Section Partners on europeantour.com.”
“The section provides an invaluable promotional platform for some of the leading equipment manufacturers in world golf and with visitor traffic to europeantour.com passing 1 million monthly unique users for the first time in May 2008, these brands are able to capitalise on our vast month to month audiences.”
Motocaddy was founded in August 2004 with the goal of bringing the very best in build quality, style, reliability and affordability to the world of electric golf trolleys and their hard work would seem to be paying off because they have already become a truly global brand, selling their trolleys in over 25 countries around the world.
Not wishing to rest on their laurels and constantly striving to offer the latest technologies and fantastic value Motocaddy has already introduced two new models this year to its ever expanding range of electric trolleys.
March saw the launch of the brand new and improved S1 Digital. Its predecessor, the S1, was the UK’s fastest selling model in 2006 and 2007 and has tens of thousands of satisfied owners. The new model has been completely updated to run on the highly-efficient digital platform taken from the company’s flagship S3-Digital model.
Motocaddy trolleys are available direct from the company at www.motocaddy.com or from leading pro shops and golf retailers across the UK and Europe.
