Leading SaaS provider tees up the golf sector as demand for digitisation soars

12.39pm 2nd June 2021 - Corporate

Asbri Golf has selected leading Software as a Service (SaaS) provider Adventoris, as it looks to digitise its processes and improve customer communication following the pandemic.

Since January, Adventoris has won a total of 24 new clients across multiple sectors as well as onboarding its first golfing client, Asbri Golf, on to its SwiftCloud platform, a mobile B2B software that revolutionises the way companies make sales and engage with their customers.

The pandemic has accelerated the progression of digitisation, disrupting traditional sales routes and forcing firms to find new ways of working to keep operating during this uncertain period.

Those that have digitised their sales processes have been benefitting from improved efficiencies for their teams as well as their customers. Customer sales for many have increased by 100% and customers have also saved up to 50% in the time taken to input an order.

SwiftCloud allows businesses to offer a fully branded mobile app to their customers, allowing them to place orders, receive promotions, use shopping lists, add favourite items, create repeat orders, scan barcodes and receive push notifications. The sales orders are then imported automatically into the client’s Enterprise Resource Planning (EPR) system.

The app is customisable to a client’s own branding and makes the overall sales and ordering process more efficient.

Speaking of the new client win, James Clarkson, CEO of Adventoris, said: “We are delighted to welcome Asbri Golf onboard and are keen to help bring their digital strategy to life via our SwiftCloud platform.

“This is a really exciting time for firms looking to digitise. Following the pandemic and other supply chain issues relating to Brexit and more recently the incident in the Suez Canal, even more businesses are looking for methods to make their operations more digitally efficient and future-proof their sales processes.”

James explained: “We have clients who have seen customers double their turnover once they have digitised. It opens up opportunities where businesses can truly optimise their sales, not to mention providing a robust and resilient sales process that can withstand the disruption of external factors such as the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.”

Paul Williams, sales and marketing director at Asbri Golf, commented: “SwiftCloud will now allow our customers to be able to order from us 24 hours a day, seven days a week with an incredible ordering application and website, using their phones, tablets or laptops.

“With custom made golf accessories, receiving orders quickly and automatically is key. SwiftCloud will not only improve and speed up our entire lead-times with orders being received directly into our ERP and production systems, but make our entire operation more efficient.

“Not to mention our team of sales reps will also be able to process orders whilst visiting customers on the road and have all the information they need, such as offers and inventory at their fingertips.

“We are excited to be able to launch SwiftCloud to our trade customers and PGA professionals very soon and delighted to be the first company to use SwiftCloud in the golf industry.”

Adventoris’ clients have experienced customer sales increasing by 100% when utilising this technology with customers and now have over 160 clients in the UK and overseas using the SwiftCloud platform.
