Adding to the growing list of European & African golf course management partnerships, IMG Golf Course Services in London is delighted to be assisting several new clients in pre-opening technical services and on-going golf operations management.
Ibom Golf Resort in Akwa Ibom state, Nigeria is a premier golfing, leisure and hotel resort showcasing the state’s vision of developing and operating resort facilities to an international standard. Bringing its expertise in not only agronomy and operations management, IMG will also be advising on the resort’s events strategy for the coming year on a local, national and international level.
The newly built Robert Trent Jones II golf course, as part of the La Bagnaia Resort in the beautiful Tuscan countryside near Siena, Italy, is currently being assisted by IMG Golf Course Services.
IMG’s services include pre-opening planning and technical support and resort marketing. With the opening planned for the Spring of 2011, IMG will be delivering on a wide range of expertise including resort branding and positioning to complement the client’s extensive hotel network.
The vision of the Princes Club in Agadir, Morocco will set a new benchmark for sports and leisure within the region and IMG Golf Course Services, as part of a comprehensive project team, have been delivering the vision for the sporting facilities at the master planning stage. The Princes Club offering will encompass a range of primary, secondary and tertiary resort sports with IMG assisting in the definition of the sports development.
