Golfbreaks and London-based indoor golf venue Pitch have announced a strategic partnership to engage with golfers through combined promotional efforts.
In 2023 Golfbreaks are celebrating 25 years of providing customers with an industry-leading golf travel service. Pitch, founded by Chris Ingham and Elliot Godfrey, opened its first venue in Bishopsgate near Liverpool Street Station in 2016 and has proved hugely popular with City golfers looking to enjoy the game in a welcoming and sleek London hangout space.
Key partnership initiatives will include collaborative events giving golfers the opportunity to enjoy the top-level simulator facilities on offer at Pitch venues, whilst simultaneously being introduced to Golfbreaks golf travel destinations. There will also be a range of benefits introduced that add further value to being a member of Pitch or Golfbreaks customer.
The partnership is to be announced alongside an exclusive giveaway competition with Golfbreaks offering entries the chance to win a trip to Monte Rei Resort in Portugal and Pitch putting forward a free year’s membership.
Golfbreaks Head of Commercial Partnerships, Nik Hayes commented: ‘Really excited about announcing this partnership! The team at Pitch have done an incredible job in creating an environment which offers up such a memorable experience for golfers of all abilities and Golfbreaks are thrilled to be introducing customers and commercial partners to these incredible venues. Golfbreaks also look forward to building a strong relationship with the Pitch membership and providing further benefits to being a Pitch member.’
Pitch founder Elliot Godfrey commented: “All of the team at Pitch are delighted to be partnering with Golfbreaks! Over the last 25 years they have become the go to brand for everything in golf travel. We are very excited about the projects we have planned for later this year both on the course and at our new Pitch locations. We will look to build on our strong association and continue with our joint goal of getting more people to play this wonderful game.”
