GolfBox launches a new corporate website today. This will enable unions, golf course owners and administrators, and even golf clubs to get a faster and easier introduction to the golf club administration software already used by 900.000 golfers in 70 countries. And even though the CEO Christian Faergemann and his joint manager and partner CIO Carsten Overgaard will be in Dubai for the KPMG Golf Business Forum they will be carrying open telephones to meet any question.
Users of the site will now benefit from the beauty of simplicity on the corporate website as well as in GolfBox. The intention has been to improve the experience for visitors with the new online presence. This is not a fancy gadget, but a website that informs seriously, precise and fast – and even runs seamless on your smartphone or your tablet.
Only three pages will show, but as they operate with headings like THE NETWORK, THE PRODUCT and THE BOX this should be just about enough to give anyone in the golf industry more than a glimpse of the possibilities. The solution is solid tested by millions every year – especially in the Nordics and around the home of golf in Scotland and in Wales. GolfBox is proven to work and is also awarded for its functionality and the company’s continuous ability to grow fast.
As standard the GolfBox solution is born with four basic legs in one system. This is major functions for any golf club: First of all member and club administration, second handicap administration, third is time booking administration and fourth is the tournament system, which can also work as a stand alone solution. More than 25.000 tournaments a year runs through GolfBox – many is professional tournaments such as Ladies European Tour, Challenge Tour and Asian Amateur Championship.
Anyone who wants to be in further control of their administration can get more value from a series of specially developed add-ons. You can fine tune and pull out the valuable business intelligence from your membership database. Think of the marketing possibilities given to the so far 900 golf clubs that have access to golden information about their members and their guest golfers… Or would you like to perform yield management to optimize the income in a way that you would never be able to with pen and paper?
“We want our clients to surf in a user friendly environment to focus on their business possibilities instead of struggling with flames, Flash-movies and unstoppable stereo music. Actually we want our clients to call us right away or to let us know they want us to call them. The distance between two people is shorter on a phone”, says CEO of GolfBox.
The new website can be viewed from this morning at www.GolfBox.net
