GMS Crowned PR Team of the Year at Pro Shop Europe Industry Awards

Golf Marketing Services, Europe’s leading golf specific marketing agency, were presented with the PR Team of the Year prize at Thursday’s annual Pro Shop Europe Industry Awards at Wentworth Club.

Beating some stiff competition, GMS were rewarded for their work for a stable of clients which includes PING, ECCO, BMW and Marriott.

The award caps off another stellar year for GMS, which has seen them acquire more exciting clients including 60 60 Golf and Centurion Club. Furthermore, the company have expanded their expertise into new media streams and are now regarded as the golf industry’s social media experts.

Director Neil Gray commented: “We’re thrilled to pick up the award. We’ve always said that the strength of our agency lies in our stable of clients, and specifically the fantastic opportunities they continue to provide us with.”

Fellow Director Phil Craghill added: “2012 has been another really strong year for GMS. We’ve expanded our client base, but, importantly, we’ve continued the enduring relationships that have brought us to this stage. We continue to evolve with the media stream, pushing our clients into new editorial avenues and the award is testimony to our ability to develop flexibly.”
