Pulse Golf websiteA new golf-specialist recruitment agency with extensive experience in the UK golf industry has been launched to provide expert advice and searches for businesses and individuals.

Pulse Golf Recruitment, based in Kent, offers a personalised service that provides expertise and inside market intelligence across the entire golfing spectrum.

The team, headed up by Jill Perkins, is available to assist businesses across the golf industry from five-star resorts through to golf course operators and private members clubs.

“Finding the right people for your business is an extremely important, but time-consuming task and we are here to provide our experience and expertise to help finding the right candidate or right job easier for businesses and individuals within the golf industry,” said Jill, who has 18 years’ experience working in the golf operations sector.

“Many problems for businesses are caused by personnel issues. You could have the best facilities in the world, but if you do not have the right staff in place then that will count for nothing.

“We pride ourselves on providing a personalised service, we build relationships with our clients to ensure we find the perfect fit for them.”

Though the company has only just launched Pulse Golf Recruitment has already entered into a corporate partnership with the UK Golf Course Owners Association (UKGCOA), which sees it become the group’s first recruitment partner.

Jill Perkins added: “Through this partnership we will be offering golf operators a personalised, customer-focused recruitment service. This is where our forte lies. Our experience extends across the entire golf sphere whether you’re looking for a green keeper, head PGA Professional or general manager through to sales & marketing staff or F&B assistants. We have the skills and insight to recognise the exact characteristics in a candidate that match with a company’s requirements.

“There is no ‘hard sell’ approach to our business. We are available to offer advice and guidance to companies regarding the recruitment process, without forcing our services upon them – we are here to help.”
