12.10am 12th November 2007 - Corporate

Fineprint Books has bought the specialist golf book business from Green Umbrella, a UK based sports DVD & book distributor.

Andrew Frost, who managed the golf book business for Green Umbrella since it was purchased from Bob and Shirley Grant in 2006, has bought the entire specialist golf book library.

He will continue to offer antiquarian, out of print, new and hard to find golf books, covering all aspects of the game. He now has a large library of out of print titles from the last 100 years as well an expanding stock of recently published, but difficult to obtain golf books.

The catalogue, which can be viewed on-line at www.fineprintbooks.com includes books covering all aspects of the game, including architecture and course design, club histories, rare programmes, biographies, handbooks, fiction & verse and instructional books from the world’s greatest golfers.
