Elumina Iberica SA files lawsuit in Spain against Prolink Holdings

‘Elumina accounted for over 100 of the Prolink courses installed in 2007,‘ said a company spokesman.

Elumina Iberica SA, former exclusive distributor in Europe, The Middle East and Australasia for ProLink Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ProLink Holdings Corp. announced that it is filing a lawsuit against Prolink Holdings Corp in the courts of Valencia, Spain, claiming costs and damages for prejudicial and wrongful termination of the agreement to acquire amongst others, Elumina Iberica SA and GP Ads SL, entered into on 17th September 2007 and announced by Prolink Holdings as being terminated on 9th January 2008.

Elumina was Prolink’s largest customer in the world and accounted for over 100 of the Prolink courses installed in 2007. “The loss of Elumina will significantly impact on Prolink’s international presence,” said a spokesman for the company.

Despite this announcement, as recently as this morning on Elumina Iberica’s website the company was still stating that it is “the franchise owner and distributor for Europe and the Middle East of the ProLink GPS system.”
