Digital Caddies Inc. Closes Financing

Development of New Wireless Tablet Service On Track For First Quarter 2013

Digital Caddies, Inc. (OTCPK: CADY) is pleased to announce they have closed a financing for the company. The funds recently raised will be utilized to complete the development of their new tablet service for golf courses and for general working capital.

Brad Nightingale, Digital Caddies CEO, stated, “We are extremely excited for the New Year as we will be launching our new tablet service, as planned, at the PGA show in Orlando on January 24. This funding is a key milestone in our ability to achieve our 2013 goals.”

Digital Caddies was founded in 2003 and has since established a solid reputation and customer base using a low cost, easy to use, easy to implement GPS service, and is now transitioning to a new business model by providing golf courses a similar technology solution utilizing wireless connectivity and tablet technology that is installed on golf carts at various golf courses throughout North America.

The content provided through this new medium is specifically designed to promote interaction between the golfer and the device throughout their round and thus provides an excellent opportunity for the golf course and advertisers to interact directly with golfers in ways that have never been possible before.
