CLUBView makes updating websites simple

8.09am 6th July 2010 - Corporate

Golf club websites have usually been somewhat challenging for ordinary mortals unfamiliar with a system’s requirements to update and edit – or more likely, to remember how to do it – until now with the arrival of CLUBView’s new EasiEdit feature.

CLUBView, the market leader for quality club websites, has developed EasiEdit for its content management systems. Launched to CLUBView customers as Version 6.3, CLUBView’s MD Kevin Evans is delighted that his company is able to announce its release: “EasiEdit is a quick and easy way to edit all pages on CLUBView websites. We know from our customers that they’ve wanted their websites to be as simple as using MS Word when it came to the editing process.”

“With EasiEdit, and a CLUBView website of course, now it is! And we’re now the only system that offers its golf club users – ie. administrators, web masters and editors – this capability and giving ownership of editing different sections to anyone the club desires.”

“EasiEdit allows administrators and editors to make changes on pages directly from viewed pages rather than using the proprietary editing tools within the specified content tab. It cuts down all the steps you used to have to take, to just one or two simple clicks. To get our existing customers started with Easiedit, CLUBView has already e-mailed everyone at our 160+ clubs about EasiEdit, along with a link to an instruction-based online training video.”

“This feature marks another innovation that CLUBView has developed to make it easy for golf clubs to exploit their online potential. Combined with our ability as a web design team to create a unique and distinctive online presence for those golf clubs that care about the way they present themselves, a system like CLUBView really does do so much more for golf clubs that want to market themselves efficiently.”

“These are the reasons why high profile clubs like the Berkshire has asked CLUBView to work with them on their website’s improvements, and why many other clubs like Salisbury and South Wilts, Balbernie, Seaford and Trentham have recently chosen CLUBView to be their online communications and marketing platform.”
