Last week saw the launch of the revolutionary new GCGoldCOBRATM club management software.
M H Systems Ltd, authors of the new software, ran12 seminars across the country and gave live online demonstrations to over 200customers. The result – a complete 100% thumbs up from everyone.
Chris Ward, M H System’s Golf Project Manager said, “These were hugely important events for us and I knew that many clubs had been looking forward to our new system for some time. The reception we got was truly rewarding and there is nothing more satisfying than doing a live demonstration in front of customers and then watch them turn to each other, point at the screen and, with raised eyebrows, mutter – that’s going to be really useful, or, the members will love that.”
Comments coming from the seminars included these from two of M H Systems longest standing clients.
“GCGoldCOBRATM finally allows golf clubs to catch up with the rest of the world by offering the latest online and mobile technology for members and the club to interact via email, SMS or the club’s website. The online competition management is great but I am even more impressed by the online payments for the bar card and subscriptions. It was definitely worth the wait – well done chaps,” said Graham Winckless, Chelmsford Golf Club.
“GCGoldCOBRATM is a very impressive system that will do everything we want. It offers our members and guests an excellent range of new online services and the new SMS and email system will make life so much easier for all my staff. I especially like the automatic knockout management system as I no longer have to worry about repeatedly reminding members to play their rounds before the deadline,” said Mike Miller, Royal Blackheath Golf Club.
The first installations of GCGoldCOBRATMare already scheduled for early May where five clubs have agreed to put the system through its paces in real life. During this period, all GCGold users will be able to access a live version of the system to start to become familiar with the new layout make any requests for additional features to be added. A rapid roll-out of the new system will commence on 15th May.
In addition, more seminar dates are being organised in May and June for both existing users and other clubs interested in seeing the system.
