Clubhaus results delayed by court closure

Further to the announcement by Clubhaus plc on 2 April 2002, the Company has been told that there will be no hearings today due to the funeral for Her Majesty The Queen Mother. Accordingly Clubhaus has been informed that all court business scheduled for 9 April will be delayed 48 hours and that the necessary court hearing to review the scheme document will now take place on 11 April 2002.

This delay means that the issuance of the circular to shareholders and the report and accounts for the 9 months to 30 September 2001 will also be delayed by 48 hours and they are now expected on Friday 12 April 2002. The Company’s shares will remain suspended until publication of the accounts and circular.
