Cleveland Golf’s Launcher driver, hybrid and CG15 wedge are among the top Gold Award winners in the Golf Digest 2010 Hotlist that will be featured in this month’s Golf World
Cleveland Golf, Srixon and Never Compromise have received three Gold Awards and six Silver Awards respectively in the prestigious Golf Digest magazine 2010 equipment ‘Hotlist’.
The Cleveland Launcher driver, Launcher hybrid, CG15 and CG15 DSG wedges all picked up the top Gold Award in their respective categories in the Hotlist, while the Cleveland Launcher fairway wood, CG7, CG7 Tour BP and HB3 irons received Silver Awards.
The Srixon Z-TX driver also featured prominently with a Silver Award, while Never Compromise was awarded Silver for their popular mallet putter.
The Golf Digest Hotlist awards are a culmination of a year’s worth of investigation, including unbiased input from a team of 32 players, instructors, golf retailers and scientists during two weeks of testing in the Nevada desert, USA, where snow didn’t hamper proceedings.
Their advice, along with mountains of technical data from equipment manufacturers and independent sources, was carefully considered before the final list was finished.
