Ashworth Golf appoints new CEO

Ashworth Golf has announced the appointment of experienced golf industry professional Andy Bell as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Bell is recognised for his vast experience in the golf and apparel sectors over the last 30 years, with his CV boasting senior leadership positions with Ralph Lauren, Summit Golf Brands and Jones Global Sports.

Known for his ability to deliver operational excellence, strengthen brand presence and drive growth across multiple distribution channels, Bell will bring decades of experience to the Ashworth Golf team.

“I’m excited to return to the golf industry with the opportunity to lead the way for such an iconic golf brand. I’m blessed to be working with a very talented foundational team already in place and have the support of Alex and a world class organization in the Newtimes Group.” said Bell, who is a business graduate from the University of North Texas.

“Ashworth was such a key component of the fabric of the golf community as I was growing up in the business. I’m humbled to have the opportunity to strengthen that legacy and introduce Ashworth to a new generation of golfers.”

In his new role at Ashworth Golf, Bell will focus on further elevating the brand’s presence in the market, enhancing product lines, and driving innovation to meet the evolving needs of today’s golfers.
