Golf booking, retail and management software has just been launched by Premier Software offering a complete, integrated leisure management solution for hotels, golf clubs and destination resorts worldwide. Premier Golf was launched on 19th February 2006 at HOSTEC, the leading technology event for Europe’s hospitality business.
The software has been created by the UK’s leading destination and resort spa management software company and is specifically designed to address the particular requirements of golf courses, whilst giving superb reporting and management feedback to operators.

Accurate Bookings
Premier Golf is designed to ensure failsafe bookings for any course with the most simplistic yet sophisticated scheduling system available. Mutiple tee-off points are easily accommodated, as are three loops of nine course and crossover times are automatically calculated to eliminate double bookings. Group bookings are effortless and there is the option of adding retail, food and beverage items to bills, if requested. Buggies, lockers and other additional items can be added at the point of sale.

Retail Sales and Stock Control
Premier Golf is the complete solution for sales and stock control. Each item can be scanned for a bar code and automatically debited from stock. At the same time, the system records purchases by each member for later data mining and marketing, allowing operators to segment members by criteria such as spend or items purchased, depending upon the analysis required.

Reporting
Premier Golf is able to create a myriad of comprehensive reports, including membership sales, course sales, retail sales, comparative sales analysis against previous periods, stock control, day sensitive pricing, multiple membership types, tee-time intervals and levy control to accommodate today’s business demands.

CRM
