La Vie Club is transforming leisure, recreation and hospitality in Oman with support from Troon International and Minor Hotels with the opening of its new clubhouse and the 2026 launch of Tivoli La Vie Muscat Hotel & Residences.

Integrated seamlessly within the resort, the new golf clubhouse offers members and guests a refined destination that blends sport, relaxation and lifestyle. Designed with state-of-the-art facilities, it includes dedicated retail outlets, stylish dining venues and premium locker rooms.

“The golf clubhouse sets the stage for a lifestyle destination unlike anything else in Oman,” said Nasser Al Shibli, Chief Real Estate Officer. “It’s where championship golf, world-class hospitality and community come together.”

Minor Hotels is launching in early 2026, with Tivoli La Vie Muscat Hotel & Residences rising above the fairways of LA VIE Club’s championship golf course and offering an iconic address in Muscat with both luxury hospitality and branded residential opportunities.

Set in a prime location just 10 minutes from Muscat international airport, the new property will boast 79 hotel rooms and 100 fully-serviced apartments. Included in plans are a range of indulgent amenities including a rooftop pool overlooking the golf course, Anantara Spa for luxury wellness experiences and five flexible meeting spaces, including a divisible ballroom and outdoor event space at the tenth green.

Meanwhile, food and beverage outlets across the venue will include a SEEN Rooftop Restaurant & Bar – the sixth global outpost of Oliver da Costa’s world-renowned concept – as well as a sports bar, cigar lounge, Lobby Lounge café and multiple all-day dining options.

A familiar face for members and guests around the clubhouse will be newly appointed golf operations manager Josh Legge. A PGA Professional hailing from Canada, Legge brings years of industry expertise and a passion for delivering unforgettable golf experiences. Legge’s previous roles include positions at the PGA of Canada and at University Golf Club, Canada.

DJ Flanders, Executive Vice-President of Troon International, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Josh to the LA VIE and Troon family. His expertise, coupled with Troon Golf standards, will ensure our golf offering stands among the finest in the region. 2026 possesses a tremendously exciting milestone for golf in Oman as LA VIE will now present the country’s first and only golf resort where golfers will enjoy walking out to the Championship course from their rooms at the Tivoli.”

La Vie Club has been reborn out of the venue formerly known as Muscat Hills Golf & Country Club, which was home to the first 18-hole grass golf course to be built in the Sultanate of Oman. It first opened in 2009 but closed in 2020. The par-72 layout, which has now reopened, was originally designed by Paul Thomas from David Thomas Associated Ltd.
