Luxury Mauritius venue Anahita Golf Club has enjoyed significant operational benefits since switching its golf transport fleet to Club Car, the industry-leading manufacturer of small-wheel, zero-emissions electric vehicles.

The spectacular Ernie Els-designed course, which hugs the Indian Ocean coastline, received 46 Club Car golf vehicles with GPS technology to enhance the experience of its members and visitors. Another 26 cars will be delivered next year.

“The Club Car golf carts have been a fantastic addition,” said Anahita Golf Club’s general manager, Tristan Freslon. “Every player has a buggy and our guests love the smooth ride, comfortable seats and advanced technology features. They are a significant improvement, providing a more enjoyable and efficient experience.

“Visage has hugely improved our operational efficiency, allowing us to manage the fleet more effectively and monitor pace of play, which is also enhancing the guest experience.”

Explaining the decision to change Anahita Golf Club’s fleet to Club Car, Freslon continued: “The switch aligns with our commitment to offering a world-class golf experience. Club Car is known for its high-quality, reliable vehicles, the advanced technology integrated into their products and the exceptional customer service they provide. They have even exceeded our expectations.”

Club Car’s highly-acclaimed Tempo golf car is used by many of the best golf resorts and courses around the world. It delivers outstanding hill-climbing power and acceleration, and has many customisable options including colour, seats, storage, wheels and programmable drive modes to maximise performance.

Nicolas Le Glas, Club Car Regional Manager Middle East and Africa, said: “We are delighted that Anahita Golf now has a fleet of golf cars befitting its spectacular course and club.”

Anahita Golf has also upgraded its greenkeeping fleet with two new Club Car Carryall 502 Li-Ion vehicles.
