For Emaar to design an 18 hole course with driving range and golf academy on a site overlooking the Cairo citadel. Agree real estate boundaries, footprints and locations with urban planners, civil engineers and geologists. Most of the course will be situated in dry wadis that are up to 20 metres deep. Construction due to start in May 2008.
