Master and zoning plan to locate and include a 9 hole golf course, hotel and real estate. The Club includes a driving range, chipping and putting greens and a short game area which opened in October 2006. The supporting floodlit 9 hole golf course is due to open in March 2008. The two loops will measure 7,502 yards from the back tees.
