Design a complete master plan for the developer, RAK Ceramics, to include an 18 hole golf course, driving range and golf academy; locate the club house, real estate, roads etc.
Construction started in June 2006. 9 holes opened for play together with the pratice facilities and academy course in May 2007. Remaining 9 holes scheduled to open in February 2008.
