Half of Continue to Learn places booked up

2.56pm 18th December 2018 -

With half of the available places booked up at Continue to Learn 2019, those interested in getting involved in the largest turf maintenance education programme in Europe are urged to get sign up quickly to avoid missing out.

More than 1,750 tickets were sold by the end of November for Continue to Learn, which runs from Sunday 20 to Wednesday 23 January 2019 in Harrogate during BTME week.

Twelve workshops and seminars have already sold out, leading to the new opportunities being created where possible to match demand.

The 2019 programme was expanded and has evolved to match the changing needs and interests of BIGGA members. Three new major events have been introduced, namely the Deputies’ Conference, the Ecology and Environmental Forum sponsored by Aquatrols and the Links Forum sponsored by Sherriff Amenity.

Other workshops will discuss the latest technology, management tasks such as budgeting, how to identify and counter work-related stress and regular favourites such as the Turf Managers’ Conference and the Young Greenkeepers’ Conference will also return.

With more than 250 hours of education scheduled, to be delivered by more than 80 speakers, Continue to Learn will once again help shape the future of the golf greenkeeping industry in Europe.

Head to the BTME website to find out more and to book your place at Continue to Learn 2019
