European golfers are continuing to discover the award-winning Thracian Cliffs Golf & Beach Resort in their droves as the five-star Bulgarian resort looks back on another record-breaking golf season for 2015.
Latest figures revealed by the luxury resort indicate that 2015 has been a record year for visits, with total bookings up by more than 25 per cent compared to the same time last year.
The numbers demonstrate the burgeoning interest from golfers across Europe, all keen to experience Thracian Cliff’s first-class facilities, which include one of the most dramatic golf courses on earth, as well as a new restaurant, piano bar and beach club, added this year.
The prestigious golf haven has seen its most remarkable growth from the UK market – more than 30 per cent – but France and Eastern Europe are also gaining ground, with booking increases of 20 and 25 per cent, respectively.
A Thracian Cliffs spokesman said: “We are thrilled to see such a dramatic increase in bookings from our key golfing markets this year and it fills us with an immense amount of confidence for 2016.

Thracian Cliffs Golf & Beach Resort successfully hosted the 2013 Volvo World Match Play Championship and scooped the ‘European Golf Resort of the Year 2014’ award – bestowed by the International Association of Golf Tour Operators (IAGTO).
Course designer Gary Player said: “You will not find a golf course like this anywhere else on the planet. Pebble Beach is renowned as the best site and I would say Thracian Cliffs is twice as good as Pebble Beach.”
