Londoners looking to give their game a boost for the forthcoming golfing season have the chance to win a free lesson this weekend at one of the country’s foremost Performance Centres designed to help elite Tour players stay on top.
The World of Golf driving range at New Malden, Europe’s busiest golf range facility with 14 million golf balls hit during the past year, is offering 50 amateur players the change to win a free lesson from one of its eight PGA teaching professionals over the Christmas period.
Each day on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th December, a total of 25 golden golf balls will be available from the thousands of range balls dispensed over the weekend for lucky golfers to redeem for a lesson in the hi-tech Performance Centre. The centre is equipped with the latest teaching devices designed to improve technique and scoring.
“This is a great opportunity for keen golfers to gain access to the latest GC2/HMT, Swing Catalyst, TrackMan and Flightscope launch monitors and see how their game measures up, plus get advice from a teaching professional on how to prepare for the new season,” said Master Professional Duncan Woolger.
The new gift for dedicated golfers comes as the facility winds up a promotion offering random daily prizes up to £25,000 in value, including holidays, TV sets and range cards. Golfers can also take on one of the professionals in the dedicated ‘Beat the Pro’ range bay to collect more prizes, including an extra 100 range balls.
In addition to challenges within the driving range, the Jurassic Encounter adventure golf facility provides putting practice in a fun environment and Winter Passes for this popular attraction are available until February 2016 at £35 per child, £45 per adult and £75 for a family of two adults and two children.
