The return of the European Tour on Danish soil this week also introduced a unique opportunity to follow the live scoring for The Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark, patron for Made in Denmark, and playing in the Pro-Am.
GolfBox A/S, an official partner of this weeks European Tour event Made in Denmark, was tasked to provide hole-by-hole live scoring from the two official Wednesday Pro-Ams hosted at the new European Tour venue Himmerland Golf & Spa Resort.
The unique Pro-Am experience is based upon the new tournament software, released by GolfBox A/S earlier this year. The new software has already received great recognition and is used by several major golfing bodies and golf unions/federations.
The Pro-Am was not only a massive crowd success, but also an online success with major media tagging the live scoring. This mainly due to the fact of many notables playing in the field. The attention was especially at the group featuring Thomas Bjørn paired with The Crown Prince of Denmark, “Mr. Le Mans” Tom Kristensen and Lars Larsen, founder of Jysk and the owner of Himmerland Golf & Spa Resort.
