BTME 2014 To Be One Of The Biggest Yet

BTME 2014 is shaping up to be one of the biggest and best yet with pre-registration topping 1,500, a sold-out exhibition and bookings for our education programme significantly up on last year, Steve Castle of BIGGA reports.

We’re also proud to welcome over 120 exhibitors from across all corners of the industry, with several companies making their BTME debuts joining over a hundred returning exhibitors.

A brand new feature for this year is the free BTME app for iPhone and Android designed to help you get the most out of the turf exhibition of the year.

The App includes the schedule at a glance; All details of our Continue to Learn programme; News and updates from Harrogate; Information on our sponsors; Full details of all the exhibitors; Floor plans and maps; Useful information such as restaurants, taxis and parking…and much more! Simply go to the App Store to download the perfect way to get the most out of BTME 2014.

Also new for this year is our inaugural Welcome Celebration where will be toasting success in the industry, featuring a keynote speech from golf commentary legend Peter Alliss. All you have to do to attend what’s sure to be a memorable evening is head to the Royal Hall at the Harrogate International Centre at 5.30pm.

Over 1,600 people have already booked on to our superb Continue to Learn education programme. The majority of the workshops are sold out but there are a number of seminars and fringe seminars that you may be able to attend on spec free of charge, contact us for more details.

BIGGA Chief Executive Jim Croxton said: “The Halls have been sold out for months and we anticipate a huge turnout of visitors so good planning is essential to get the most from your experience – and the new app will assist greatly with this.
