Due to plenty of demand from various parties over the last year SNAG (Starting New At Golf) is visiting South Africa from 8th October to look at how its equipment and programming can help develop the golf development in the region.
This is the first visit real visit to the region and the weeklong tour will see the team visit Johannesburg, Cape Town and MosselBay. It will be action packed tour with meetings with key organisations from South Africa who are involved in golf development already.
One of the main aims of the trip is to identify several distributors for the territory who can help grow the wonderful game and grow participation levels. SNAG, of course, is there to help. There will be opportunity for some hands on demonstrations with SNAG Master Trainer Tony Howarth.
Guy Higton, Director at i-KAN GC Ltd stated: ‘The visit of i-KAN GC to South Africa further highlights the growth intentions and expectations of i-KAN GC with SNAG golf. Through a positive expansion programme of distribution and partnership agreements, SNAG can bring a unique approach to the game of golf that has already helped revolutionise the sport for a whole new generation of golfers in other countries already. We are thrilled to be visiting such a emerging and developing golfing nation that has already seen amazing success at the highest level in recent years.”
IGD and i-KAN GC hold the European, Middle East & African franchise rights for the SNAG coaching equipment and programming is looking for exciting new opportunities to help increase the golf playing population throughout this territory. Development of the sport at grassroots level is paramount and the SNAG equipment allows a fun and educational participation in the sport, even in areas of limited space.
