Distinguished golf industry guests packed out Moor Park Golf Club on Thursday, 5th September for the launch of Club Systems International’s eagerly-awaited new ClubV1 administration system.
Hosted by Sky Sports’ presenter Di Dougherty, the presentation, by Club Systems’ Neil McCluskey, outlined the key attributes of the new cloud-based application, including the flexibility of use from any device and location, extensive drill-down capabilities on member and non-member golf and financial activity, radical improvement of competition and handicapping administration, and extensive improvements to member communication and marketing.
The presentation, which was well received by those present, was followed by a question-and-answer session with Club Systems’ managing director Richard Peabody, development manager Robert Crotch-Harvey and ClubV1 project manager Alistair Brown, before guests were treated to a champagne afternoon tea, with personal run-throughs of ClubV1 on mobile tablet computers.
Peabody was thrilled with the response to ClubV1, and said: “I’ve been very impressed with this new application myself, but the incredible response from the industry guests here has taken me aback. The system’s ease of use and mobility has excited managers the most.”
