The event’s owners and organisers, Golf Plus Direct, has secured a deal for Your Golf Travel to be the competition’s new title sponsor for 2013/14 as they look to build on their success of the first two years.
The Four Nations Golf Challenge offers golf club members in the UK and Ireland the chance to experience the thrill of representing their country – England, Scotland, Wales or Ireland – in a Ryder Cup-style tournament and, as part of the deal, Your Golf Travel will promote the tournament to its expanding list of customers.
Roger Brady, director of Golf Plus Direct Limited, said: “We are delighted to partner with such a prestigious brand as Your Golf Travel. Not only will their presence benefit the competitors and sponsors in this year’s tournament, but their reputation and position in the golf market will help open new doors and elevate the competition to a new level.”
Andrew Harding, co-founder of Your Golf Travel, added: “The Four Nations Golf Challenge is a great concept and it’s a pleasure to be able to help an already well-established event grow and become even more successful. It’s an affordable, enjoyable competition for golfers of all abilities and one that we believe lots of our clients will be interested in competing in.”
Now in its third year, the Four Nations Golf Challenge is an attractive and exciting annual tournament which gives UK and Ireland golf club members of all standards the rare opportunity to represent their country and experience their own ‘Ryder Cup moment’.
