The Tommy Hilfiger Group, which is wholly owned by PVH Corp. [NYSE: PVH], is supporting Team England at the World Final of the Ladies Golf Cup. Now in its 15th year, the World Final of the Ladies Golf Cup will take place between 22nd and 23rd February at the La Manga Club, Spain. This year, teams from England, Spain, Portugal, Malaysia, Germany, Thailand, India and the UAE will compete for the title.
Team England is made up of the four winners of the UK qualifying events that took place at venues across the country last year. Mrs Ann Hynes was first to qualify at Burhill. She is joined by Miss Jayne Errington of MoorPark and Mrs Nicola Clarke who qualified at Brocket Hall. The final team England member is Miss Chloe Rogers of Braintree Golf Club who is already a proven winner having clinched an Olympic bronze medal in Ladies Hockey at the London 2012 Olympics.
The Team England players will tee up for their final wearing garments from SS13: The Liz basic polo in Sunshine and in Light Pink will be teamed with the Ingrid Sweater in Midnight. And, just in case the temperature drops later in the day, the ladies have been given the smart Luce jacket in Midnight to keep the chill off.
Jon Camp, European Managing Director of Fletcher Leisure, the licensee for Tommy Hilfiger Golf, is delighted to support Team England, “The Ladies Golf Cup grows from strength to strength each year and we are delighted that the four members of Team England will be dressed by Tommy Hilfiger Golf. It is so important to feel confident as well as comfortable when you play and we know that the garments the team are wearing will offer style and performance on the day.”
