There has never been a better opportunity to play top class golf courses while visiting one of the world’s most magnificent cities.

Albatross Golf Resort, the Ladies European Tour (LET) venue, has joined forces with the stunning Beroun Golf Resort to offer an unforgettable golfing break to Prague, the beautiful capital city of the Czech Republic.

The three-night package features rounds for two people at Albatross and Beroun and  includes accommodation with breakfast for two people in a double room and full use of the wellness facilities. Transfers will be provided for the golfers to and from the airport, the courses and Prague city centre. The exclusive offer is available until 31 October with a possibility to stay in a 4* hotel Volcano Complex in Prague or directly at the Beroun Golf Course. The price of the package is £430 for two people for Tuesday to Friday stays and £490 for two people for Thursday to Sunday stays for accommodation on the course and £525 respectively £585 for accommodation in Prague.

Albatross Golf Resort was recently ranked the number one golf course in the Czech Republic in the authoritative rankings published by Golf Digest magazine in the USA. English star Melissa Reid secured an emotional victory in the event, her first on tour after the tragic loss of her mother.

Commenting on the event, Andy Lott of the Ladies’ European Tour, said: “Albatross Golf Resort is one of the best golf courses in Europe. The practice facilities and amenities for the players are tremendous, not to mention the quality of the course.”

Designed by the Canadian architect Les Furber and opened in the spring of 2009, Beroun Golf Resort is 15 minutes´ drive from Albatross and located close to Prague. The 18 hole championship layout is set amidst the rolling countryside of the Brdy mountain range and offers a tough test of golf. The resort offers accommodation in seven comfortable double rooms and two luxurious suites and visitors can enjoy the relaxing wellness centre.

Prague itself is one of the most beautiful and distinctive cities in the world. With a stunning riverside setting and some of the world’s most recognisable sights such as the UNESCO-listed Prague Castle, Charles Bridge and Old Town Square, Prague is truly unforgettable. The vibrant city centre features a fascinating array of museums, theatres and galleries. Golfers can experience the city after their rounds by taking a relaxing late afternoon stroll through its cobbled streets and enjoying a delicious meal accompanied by a glass of world renowned Czech beer at one of the many stylish pavement cafes, bars and restaurants.
