One of Europe’s leading golf course design firms will be attending a prestigious property development summit being held in Qatar in February. One of only two design practices selected to attend the event, Niblick Golf Design will provide the summit’s executive delegation with expert advice on realizing property developments by incorporating practical and exciting golf designs that appeal to players of all abilities.
The Middle East Property Development Summit is a strictly controlled event designed to provide top-level investors with strategies and services needed to drive forward real estate endeavours. A key component of the conference will be the opportunity for delegates to meet a specially selected group of suppliers and consultants with proven track records of helping organizations fulfill their property potential.
Niblick Golf Design will be advising delegates on strategic golf course decisions. “It’s a very exciting event,” says Brian Phillips, director at Niblick Golf Design. “Golf has become an important part of property development because it creates a focal point for buyers. Niblick Golf Design is a design-and-build practice created in 2004 when Graeme Webster and Brian Phillips joined forces to create an architectural firm with over 40 years of experience. Both partners will be attending the summit to give their insights into modern golf design. They will be attending the event alongside Nicklaus Design, the renowned architectural firm founded by golf legend Jack Nicklaus.
