Golf Channel plans March 21st Online Business Conference at Carton House

The Golf Channel’s GolfNow team are visiting Ireland from Orlando on 21 March to host a Power-Up! User-Conference at Carton House. Industry experts from the US will join with their local counterparts to present information about the online golfer, how to reach the travelling golfer and get ideas to improve your efficiency, manage inventory, yield manage timesheets and market to and manage databases, all in the online space.

GolfNow launched in Ireland in 2011 and has over 70 courses on its platform. Internationally it has 3,500 golf courses on its platform and transacted 6 million rounds of golf in 2011.

This conference will help Golf clubs use technology better, develop strategies to drive rounds and revenue, as well as focus on best practices in revenue management and will look at how mobile internet and social media can impact your business.

The conference is free of charge and PGA professionals, Golf Club Managers and Golf Club Administration staff are welcome to attend.
