The new Evolution Digital is the latest quality offering from the Kent-based trolley expert, which prides itself on its ‘Made In Britain’ philosophy and isEurope’s leading electric golf trolley and spares company.
Following on from the high-specification Golfstream Revolution, the Evolution Digital is also an all-British affair but offers the serious golfer an entry level into the high-quality world of Golfstream and the company’s reputation for outstanding reliability.
The Evolution Digital is a sturdy one-fold trolley that boasts the same 200 watt motor used by its ‘big brother’. Meanwhile, the frame easily unfolds and locks into place with one solid click and any golf bag is held firmly in place with adjustable stays situated on the central spine and the base of the trolley.
The lightweight, oval aluminium frame is complimented by a beautifully-styled soft grip T-bar handle that offers left and right handed use through the simple to use digital controller.
One area where the Evolution Digital leaves many of its rivals standing is the outstanding performance and reliability of its electronics – which have been developed and made inKentby Electromech, one of the UK’s leading golf component manufacturers.
A one touch power control dial and a bright twin digit digital display shows speed settings from 0.5 up to 9.5, while simple-to-use controls can send the trolley forward on its own for 10, 20 or 30 meters.
And the trolley can also be programmed for true right and left hand operation by cleverly reversing the rotation of the control switch, through the sophisticated electronics.
The Golfstream Evolution Digital also comes complete with an optional security code which lets the user set a private security number, allowing only their use of the trolley. And the trolley is fitted with an automatic power save feature that turns the power off if it sits idle for three minutes or more.
The Evolution Digital is lightweight, strong and weighs less than 11kg when paired with a Lithium battery. It’s available in black or white and a full choice of lead acid and lithium batteries. Each trolley comes with a two year guarantee.
Launching the Evolution Digital, Golfstream managing director, Derek Richford, said: “The specification of the Evolution is very high, with the frame, motor, gearbox, clutches, wheels, handle, electronics and wheels all made in Britain. This gives us the edge over some other very big trolley names when it comes to reliability and, if the need arises, servicing, repairs and spares. Performance and reliability were absolutely at the forefront of our plans when we decided to launch a second trolley to sit alongside the Revolution – and we’re delighted with the Evolution.”
Golfstream is the leading name in trolley spare and accessories and excels when it comes to producing reliable, 100% British built powered golf trolleys.
The British-made, hand-built Golfstream Revolution with its unique ‘one-click’ folding mechanism is a best-seller throughout Europe, while Golfstream also carries in stock a huge range of wheels, batteries, chargers, golf bags, spares and accessories for most popular trolley brands – which the company dispatches all over Europe.
