ProLink Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ProLink Holdings Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: PLKH) and the world’s leading provider of Global Positioning Satellite (“GPS”) golf course management systems and on-course advertising, announced today that on 28th January 2008 it terminated, with effect from 1st February 2008, the distribution agreement with its European distributor Elumina Iberica.
The reasons are given “as a result of multiple breaches, including non-payment, under the distribution agreement.” It is understood that Elumina Iberica is strongly contesting these allegations and may well be considering launching a counter claim.
ProLink has undertaken to support the installed base in the region until a new distributor is appointed and says that it has had preliminary discussions with parties interested in distributing the ProLink system in Europe.
