Jonas Software expands international presence

Jonas Software has completed the acquisition of the Club Management Assets from Astute Software Solutions Africa (“the Astute club assets”) and combined these assets with its local South Africa company – Club Systems Group Africa.

With this acquisition, Jonas Software continues to expand its international presence and further enhances its position as the worldwide leader in the field of Club Management Software Solutions.

Club Systems Group Africa owner of the Astute Club Assets is located in Centurion, South Africa, and offers clubsa full suite of Club Management software, which include, applications such as Membership/Accounting, Point of Sale, Tee Time Management and many more.
