Away with Alliss

12.40am 28th September 2005 - Property

Hacienda del Alamo Golf Resort has turned to the ‘Voice of Golf’ to launch a major marketing campaign endorsing the exciting development that has been dubbed ‘The New Number One in Spain’.
Legendary broadcaster Peter Alliss will be at the heart of a massive public relations and marketing programme on television and radio across the United Kingdom and Europe, which will be launched at the ‘A Place in the Sun Live’ Exhibition at ExCeL in London’s Docklands, from 30th September to 2nd October. In addition, all sections of the golfing press, national newspapers and magazines will be used to spread the word about the fabulous new development at Hacienda.
Alliss says in the commercials, “Hacienda del Alamo is an amazing investment opportunity. The secret’s out. It features luxurious apartments with breathtaking views and could offer you the lifestyle you’ve been looking for. Just tell them Peter Alliss sent you.”
Hacienda del Alamo lies in the thriving region of south-east Spain, just half-an-hour from Murcia airport and only 20 minutes’ drive away from fabulous beaches. The complex is being developed by Armilar-Procam in beautiful countryside near the town of Fuente Alamo, close to the cities of Murcia and Cartagena.
The first of two superb Dave Thomas-designed championship golf courses is already open and 550 luxury villas built – and sold – along with a golf academy, driving range and six full practice holes. But within five years that will have grown to 3,500 villas, 400 luxury apartments and a five-star hotel and spa.
