Building on the recent launch of its highly acclaimed new driver, the FX9, RAM Golf has introduced a new line of technologically advanced fairway woods. Designed to deliver the perfect blend of stability, control and distance, RAM’s versatile FX9 fairway woods complete the company’s impressive new range of lead woods.

Key features and benefits of the FX9 range of fairway woods include:

The FX9 fairway woods are fitted with high performance true temper graffaloy shafts which help generate high club head speed whilst maintaining club stability, balance and control. Made from the finest quality materials, it continues to be one of the most played graphite wood shafts on the PGA tour. The performance characteristics of the FX9’s clubhead and shaft have been strategically engineered to deliver the optimum launch conditions; providing golfers a high ball trajectory, long carry and maximum distance.
“The development of the FX9 driver has allowed us to design a range of lead fairway woods that perfectly compliment its characteristics,” said Graeme Stevens, managing director, UK Golf Services. “By employing many of the same clubhead and shaft technologies as the FX9 driver, we are able to deliver the longest, most-forgiving fairway wood that RAM has ever produced.”
Within the new range, RAM technicians have also addressed the specific needs of female golfers. The ladies FX9 fairway woods feature a more compact head and are fitted with ladies lightweight graffaloy shafts to encourage faster swing speeds required for greater distance.
Available in +3-wood, 3-wood, 5-wood, 7-wood and 9-wood (women) models with the choice of regular or stiff graffaloy shafts and the option of left handed models, RAM’s FX9 fairway woods will be available from leading golf stores and pro shops from mid April. The manufacturer’s suggested retail price for the men’s and women’s FX9 fairway woods is £69.99.
