INFINITUM, Catalonia’s lifestyle and golf resort, has begun the sale of 119 exclusive homes in the second phase an ambitious real estate project.
The development – which begins construction this month – will be comprised of 34 terraced and semi-detached villas, four detached villas and 81 seaside multi-family homes. It follows the success of the first phase, which has already seen over 90 per cent of its 150 homes sold. With the introduction of 38 villas, the second phase represents the first opportunity to buy single-family homes in INFINITUM’s gated and protected community.
Properties range from two to four bedrooms, with sizeable terraces and private gardens available to meet the specifications of any family. The four exclusive detached villas, meanwehile, will be built in a prime location within the boundaries of the spectacular Hills course.
Renowned Barcelona-based architecture firm Batlle i Roig designed the innovative residential complex, which is part of the real-estate holding company of not-for-profit organisation La Caixa Foundation.
Built around a natural dune and a stone’s throw from the sea, the properties are BREEAM-sustainability certified to ensure the protection and preservation of the site. Homes are designed to adapt to the existing topography of the terrain and maximise energy efficiency while always maintaining a comfortable temperature. Each building has been oriented to harness natural sunlight and make the most of the stunning views across the surrounding countryside.
