GC Media Expand Their Team

11.58am 17th March 2023 - Innovation Centre

GC Media are delighted to announce the expansion of their senior team with Harry Brister and Taylor Jones starting in key roles. Harry as Account Executive and Taylor as New Business Manager.

Harry leaves the senior position of Golf Operations Manager at Bawburgh Golf Club to become GC Media’s new account executive, where his primary role will be to support the growing list of venues using the digital touchscreen technology.

Taylor Jones leaves Stoke by Nayland, where he was Golf Business Development Manager to take up the role of New Business Manager for the GC Media Group Ltd. Taylor’s role will be to drive the growth of the venues using the bespoke digital touchscreen noticeboards.

Phil Grice, Director of GC Media Group Ltd said “Harry is a key appointment. A core objective is to ensure we keep giving a personal support to over forty clubs using our technology. Harry’s senior management experience, fantastic IT skills and passion for customer service made him a standout applicant and we are delighted to add him to the team.

“Taylor brings fantastic vision and an energy, that we feel will help us grow the number of venues using our bespoke touchscreen notice boards. Again we felt it was vital to chose someone who intimately understood the needs of our clients, with Stoke by Nayland being one of the first ever venues.”

“Both Taylor and Harry have front line and management experience, this was a key requirement so they can empathise with the challenges our venues have, also they both have great vision and a passion for making our venues interact with their members in a progressive way”.

GC Media Group Ltd supply bespoke designed digital touchscreen noticeboards, aimed at modernising out of date cork noticeboards. This modern technology comes with built in QR code capacity for each page, allowing users to instantly download any notices or event information.

Directors Ben Phillips and Phil Grice have grown GC Media over the last two years, with over forty venues now using the technology, clubs such as The London Club, Rockcliffe Hall and Royal Ascot. GC Media aspires to grow their estate of clubs even further. The appointment of Taylor and Harry will aide this aspiration, whilst ensuring clients continue getting the enhanced support and personnel service we aim to deliver.

GC Media Group Ltd supplies interactive digital touchscreens that replace out of date noticeboards. All pages have built in QR code capacity that enables users to download instantly any notice, event or poster displayed on any of the 70 plus pages. Nearly 50 clubs are now using the platform which comes into the venue at no cost. All GC Media ask is to place one additional screen within the venue that displays national ads for golf and lifestyle brands.
