US-based specialist eyewear brand Garrett Leight California Optical and golf shoe brand FootJoy have joined forces to create a limited series of sunglasses and footwear that combines the latter’s high performance golf wear with the former’s easy-going Southern California lifestyle.
Fronting the collaboration is a collection of Premiere Series golf shoes for men and women with custom tortoise accents that include FootJoy’s premium construction and high quality materials and design. Three limited edition styles are available including two styles in men’s, Premiere Series Tarlow and Packard, and a cap toe option for women. Paired with the shoes is a unique sunglass offering from GLCO’s Spring Summer 22’ collection, Elkgrove Sun.
The GLCO x FootJoy Packard is an understated and technically exquisite shoe inspired by the clean lines of modernist architecture. A contemporary interpretation of the timeless saddle shoe design, and preferred by many of the world’s best golfers, the Packard features hand selected Pittards of England soft full grain, waterproof leather uppers accentuated by a bold tortoise print banded saddle.
