Las Colinas Golf & Country Club in Spain has had an outstanding result at the annual European Property Awards which took place at The Lancaster Hotel in London on October 25.
In their 25th year, and covering over 45 different residential and commercial categories, the European Property Awards is the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme throughout the region. The awards were judged by an independent panel of 80 industry experts, with judging focused on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.
Las Colinas Golf & Country Club has been rewarded as a leading sustainable golf and residential resort, despite competition from some of the finest properties in Spain. Taking home an award in the ‘Residential Development Spain’ category, underlines Las Colinas’s status amongst Spain’s and Europe elite.
Cristobal Guerrero, managing director of Las Colinas commented: “To be awarded in the prestigious European Property Awards recognises that Las Colinas is leading the way in the property industry in Spain and in Europe. It is a resort that has found a synergy with its natural environment, using the indigenous flora, fauna and topography to its best advantage while simultaneously protecting and preserving it for generations to come.”
“This award cements the good choice of all those who have selected Las Colinas as their first or second home because of the high quality of the villas and apartments for sale at Las Colinas.” added Guerrero.
Silvia Llanes, Residential and Marketing Director at Gmp, the parent company of Las Colinas, stated: “To be recognised in these awards is a fantastic achievement, confirming Las Colinas as one of the top choices for property owners in Europe who are interested in experiencing the sustainable Mediterranean lifestyle that Las Colinas has to offer.”
“Sustainability also comes in responding to the shifting demands of buyers on golf resorts and the need to offer high quality homes that show tangible value for money on a resort whose amenities and appeal extends far beyond golf, which Las Colinas has excelled at so far and will hopefully continue to do so in the future.”
