Wentworth Regret

May 23rd, 2014

The presentation of Wentworth as the home of this week’s BMW PGA Championship is superb. The European Tour’s flagship event is being played on a golf course that has been beautifully prepared, with spectator facilities that are second to none and a tented village which provides unrivalled entertainment and hospitality.

So what’s the problem? Well, I know that the following statement identifies me as a sad old relic from the last century but I just wish that the Championship was available to view live on BBC TV. That would make this old man very happy (and not just me, I suspect).
