Tiger withdraws from Dubai Desert Classic

February 3rd, 2017

We began the week with the good news that Tiger Woods had signed with TaylorMade and had been back in action at Torrey Pines in the PGA Tour’s Farmers Insurance Open. It is very sad that this morning we learn of Tiger’s withdrawal from the Dubai Desert Classic after only one round due to a back problem, albeit apparently not the nerve pain that has kept him out of the game for so long.

The former world number one is due to play in two more events this month and we wish him well in those endeavours.
