Setting New Records

May 22nd, 2020

It is good to report that golf courses in Scotland will probably re-open on 29th May. Today’s headlines include record numbers returning to the fairways of the UK’s largest golf resort operator, Almarose Hotels & Resorts, and PlayMoreGolf reporting an increase in daily enquiries by 1,481% since restrictions were lifted.

Faced with this evidence of unprecedented demand and with favourable weather forecast for the holiday weekend and beyond, it is not surprising to learn that many courses are planning to operate literally from dawn to dusk.

Keep safe and healthy.
